At jeanie baby, we design feeding tools to endure life’s messiest moments. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item arrives to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must:

  • Be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: Returns sent without prior approval, or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

Please email us at imogen@jeaniebaby.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions for sending the item back.

Important:
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping your postal receipt.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please Note:

  • We are not responsible for interest or bank charges while awaiting a refund.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us immediately at imogen@jeaniebaby.com.au.

Include photos of the issue if possible — we’ll make it right as quickly as we can.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item following the process above

  2. Place a new order once your refund has been processed
