1. Promoter
The promoter is Jeanie Baby Pty Ltd (ABN 84 686 658 748) of PO Box 3099, Dendy VIC 3186 (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Friday, 6 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday, 28 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, an eligible entrant must submit a genuine product review for any Jeanie Baby product via the Jeanie Baby website during the Promotion Period.
• One (1) review equals one (1) entry.
• Multiple reviews across different products will each count as separate entries.
• Reviews must comply with the website’s review guidelines and must not be fraudulent, misleading, offensive or inappropriate.
• Reviews may be positive or negative. No minimum rating is required.
A purchase during the Promotion Period is not required to enter.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize available.
The prize consists of one (1) $200 AUD prepaid Mastercard e-gift card delivered electronically via email.
The prize is:
• Not transferable
• Not exchangeable
• Not redeemable for cash
The prepaid Mastercard is issued by a third party and is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions, including expiry and usage conditions.
6. Draw Details
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place at the Promoter’s business premises on Wednesday, 1 April 2026.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email within three (3) business days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
8. Publication of Winner
The winner’s first name and state may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels.
9. Use of Reviews
By submitting a review, entrants grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free licence to publish, reproduce and use the review content for marketing and promotional purposes.
10. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to:
• Verify the validity of entries
• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process
• Disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues affecting entry submission, lost or misdirected entries, or any loss arising from the use of the prepaid Mastercard.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at www.jeaniebaby.com.au.
